Announcement of Bidding for Marine Lubricant Storage And Supply Services

In order to expand our overseas marine lubricants supply network, we would like to invite your good company to participate tender project for Marine Lubricants Supply Agents in the following countries (South Africa, Indonesia, Panama, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam).

 

We warmly welcome all qualified suppliers to participate.

                                 

1.     Tender Scope

Sinopec will arrange container shipment to destinations. Supply Agent’s scope will be responsible for:

·       Import custom clearance and land transport from port to Warehouse.

·       Bonded Warehouse rental and management service.

·       Marine lubricants supply (via land or/and sea supply)

 

2.     Supply Quantity

2.1            Target yearly sales volume: 1000MT-2000MT.

2.2            Minimum warehouse stock: at least 100MT on a daily basis.

3.     Contract Period

The initial contract period will be two (2) years, starting from 15 October 2025 to 14 October 2027. An additional one (1) year extension may be granted upon mutual agreement, which will be confirmed in writing via email between both parties.

 

 

4.     Qualification certificates & other documents to be submitted:

4.1            ACRA Business Profile (or equivalent local business registration)

4.2            ISO Certification Documents

4.3            Other relevant licenses or permits, if applicable]

 

 

5.     Quotation Format to be submitted (See Attachment RFI&RFQ).

7.     Quotation Submission

8.1 All Quotation/Proposal can only be submitted by sending email format to bidding.lube@sinopec.com , before 5pm on 22nd September 2025. Failing to do so may be subjected to disqualification. 

 

8.     Other information

Sinopec reserves the right to obtain clarification/ additional information from the supplier.

                

                9.   Miscellaneous

 

9.1  It is confidential and may contain privileged information. You should NOT Allow disseminate, distribute or copy this communication.

 

9.2  Sinopec Lubricant shall not be liable to any suppliers for the costs and expenses incurred by the supplier in preparing and submitting their quotation/proposal.

 

9.3  Sinopec Lubricant reserves right to:
(a) reject any or all offers and discontinue with this Request for Quote/Request for Proposal without obligation or liability to any potential supplier;
(b) accept other than the lowest priced offer;
(c) award the quotation/proposal to more than one supplier and/or the quotation/proposal in whole or in part;
(d) appoint a supplier (or more than one supplier) on the basis of initial offers received, with further discussions or requests for best and final offer.

   9.4.     Sinopec Lubricant will not enter into correspondence with any suppliers regarding

   the reasons for non-acceptance of a quotation/proposal and reserves the rights not to

   disclose the details of the selected quotation/proposal to the rest of the suppliers.

   9.5.     Notification will not necessarily be sent to unsuccessful suppliers by Sinopec  

   Lubricant.
