Sinopec Lubricant (Singapore) Pte Ltd would like to invite your esteemed company to
participate in this tender exercise in the supply of 0.8L/1L bottles with caps, 4L bottles with
caps & 5L and 6L bottles with caps, other type of bottles and cap used for new project.
1. Supply of goods
1.1 0.8L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours : Gold, Red, Grey, Blue and Black )
1.2 1L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours : Gold, Red, Grey, Blue and Black )
1.3 4L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours : Gold, Red, Grey, Blue and Black)
1.4 5L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours : Gold, Red, Grey, Blue and Black)
1.5 KUBOTA bottles 1L and 4L
1.6 Spare part - Caps (Gold, Red, Grey, Blue and Black )
1.7 Spare part - Bottles (Gold, Red, Grey, Blue and Black) of 0.8L ,1L,4 L, 5L and 6L)
2. Purchase Quantity （Purchase quantity for reference only）
2.1 0.8L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours: as above)- （100,000 bottles/Year）
2.2 1L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours: as above) - ( 400,000 bottles / Year)
2.3 4L bottles with caps (with 5 different colours: as above) - ( 300,000 bottles / Year)

3. Contract Period
Two Years (From the date the bidding result is confirmed).

7. Quotation Submission
7.1 All Quotation/Proposal can only be submitted by sending email format to bidding.lube@sinopec.com , between 9am to 12pm on 29th Oct 2025. Failing to do so may be subjected to disqualification.
Updated as of 29 October 2025 – please note that the bidding has been extended to 6 November 2025, before 3pm SGT.
8. Other information
Sinopec reserves the right to obtain clarification/ additional information from the supplier.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 It is confidential and may contain privileged information. You should NOT Allow disseminate, distribute or copy this communication.
9.2 Sinopec Lubricant shall not be liable to any suppliers for the costs and expenses incurred by the supplier in preparing and submitting their quotation/proposal.
9.3 Sinopec Lubricant reserves right to:
(a) reject any or all offers and discontinue with this Request for Quote/Request for Proposal without obligation or liability to any potential supplier;
(b) accept other than the lowest priced offer;
(c) award the quotation/proposal to more than one supplier and/or the quotation/proposal in whole or in part;
(d) appoint a supplier (or more than one supplier) on the basis of initial offers received, with further discussions or requests for best and final offer.
9.4. Sinopec Lubricant will not enter into correspondence with any suppliers regarding
the reasons for non-acceptance of a quotation/proposal and reserves the rights not to
disclose the details of the selected quotation/proposal to the rest of the suppliers.
9.5. Notification will not necessarily be sent to unsuccessful suppliers by Sinopec
Lubricant.
